What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us when you ask for a quote — either through the form on this website or through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram. That's typically:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you give one
• Your property address or ZIP code
• Which services you're interested in, and anything else you write in

We don't ask for payment details through this website, and we don't run advertising or analytics trackers on it.

What we use it for

To get back to you about the work you asked about — quoting the job, scheduling it, and staying in touch about it. That's all. We don't send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who else sees it

We don't sell your information and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. It passes through a small number of services that make the website work:

• Netlify — hosts the site and receives form submissions
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — if you filled in a lead form on one of their platforms, they collect it and pass it to us, under their own privacy policy
• Email providers — to deliver your enquiry to our inbox

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we're working with you and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

Children

This is a service for property owners and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top of this page.
